    Well, it's actually a very nerdy and geeky process. I use Adobe Photoshop CS3 (I used that system that I taught Even, just so you know.) First open a new document that is 50X50px. Make whatever you want on the canvas. To animate, go to Workspace, and then Film and Animation. You have to make each step frame by frame. Then go to Export for Web and Devices and save at the optimal quality..... I know that is a lot, so maby I can make you a video and then give it to you at Aikido or we can screencast using Skype.
